H400 Series

Model H401

- Model H401 is a standard machine

  for marking sleeve tubes of over 3.0

  mm OD. Tubes are fed and cut

  manually after marked.

- Put a tube on the anvil and turn the

  printing wheels to set a desired

  number. Then press down the

  marking head. Legible and
  permanent identifications are hot- 

  stamped so easily in black, white,

  red, or yellow.
 

Model H401FC

- H401FC is equipped with a Tube Feed-cut

  Device. It can be applied for round shaped

  soft material tubes of OD 3.0 mm to 6.0 

  mm, wall thickness about 0.3 mm to 0.4

  mm.

- As the tubes are automatically fed and

  cut one at a time at marking, it will help

  save time in producing marked tubes in

  quantity.

- For tube wall thinner than 0.3 mm, like

  heat shrink tubes, the modified H401FC is

  available at option. Please send samples

  for our quotation.

Model H402-7FC Auto

- The marking ability is about 5,000

  times per hour for 1 digit marking, and

  about 1,000 times per hour for 18 digit

  marking (without character selection).
 

Model H402A-7FC

- Semi-automatic type of H402-FC Auto.

  Tubes are marked, Fed and cut one by

  one by pressing the pedal switch.

- Put a material on the anvil, turn the  

  printing wheels to set a desired number.

  Then just press down the marking head.

  Permanent identifications in various

  colors can be obtained very easily.

- The marking head of H402A moves

  vertically by air pressure with a foot pedal

  switch. The operation with push button

  switches is also possible at option.
